It was 3 layers and the bottom cake had Cream Cheese frosting in one layer and Recess Peanut Butter Cups in the other. The top tier had Cream Cheese frosting w/ Heath bits in one layer and homemade carmel in the other.

This was for a fundraiser for the YMCA in Gainesville Florida. They had a Poker Night after their golf tournament. The cards and dice are all cake and the poker chips are fondant.

This cake was done for a baby shower. The bottom tier was 3 layers of brownies with carmel in-between one of the layers, and cream cheese frosting and heath bits in-between the other.

This cake has 3 seperate cake boards (1 white, 2 black) with fodant (edible) balls that act as spacers. This was for a wedding, and the customers provided a cake topper (not pictured).

This "Wiggles"cake was done for a customer in Orlando. It was for her 2 year old boy. I covered the cake board in fondant to make the road and for a place for the "Big Red Car." The "The Wiggles" cake topper was also done in fondant, so it was all edible.
